Our biscuits come frozen ready to bake. They are buttermilk biscuits with more pimento cheese than flour. We use our Spicy Pimento Cheese to make the biscuits, but the the buttermilk, butter, and flour tamp the heat down, so what you get is mouth pleasing edible joy. In the bag of Small Biscuits, you get 50-60 "one bite" sized biscuits.
