Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove frozen biscuits from package. Arrange biscuits approximately one inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet and place in oven. Bake until bottom of biscuits are brown and top is just beginning to brown--about 20 minutes. NOTE: Oven temperatures can vary. The first time you bake our biscuits, begin checking for doneness at about 17 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the desired number of Gougères approximately 1/2 inch apart on a baking pan that has been either greased or lined with parchment paper (parchment paper works best). Put pan with Gougères in the oven and bake undisturbed until the bottom and top are golden brown--approximately 18-22 minutes, depending on how gooey you want the interior.
-If you have a pizza stone, place it on the bottom rack of your oven and the gougères on the middle rack. The pizza stone will help your oven hold an even temp. and will (especially in electric ovens) help prevent the bottoms of the gougères from over cooking.
-The first time you bake gougères, just bake a couple as a test. Every oven is a little different.
