Three bags of our gougeres (60-70 per bag) and four bags of biscuits. You can choose the size biscuits you want small (50-60 one bite size biscuits per bag), medium (30-40 two bite size biscuits per bag), or large (18-20 three bite sized biscuits per bag). This package would retail for $107.93.
 
Our pimento cheese biscuits are buttermilk biscuits with more pimento cheese in them than flour. We labeled the bag "Spicy Pimento Cheese Biscuits" because they are made with our Spicy Pimento Cheese not because they are super spicy. The buttermilk, butter, and flour tend to tamp down the heat (but leave a strong cheesy flavor).  They will arrive to you frozen uncooked. All you have to do is take them from the freezer and put them in the oven (well, on a pan in a heated oven, but the exact directions are on the back of the bag). 
 
Gougères are made with the same dough used in making beignets, profiteroles, eclairs, and other delicacies.  The dough is water based and rises through steam. When first out of the oven, they are crispy on the outside and a little bit gooey on the inside. After they have cooled, they take on a texture that is more like cake.
